There is no recruitment fee unless your service employs a candidate introduced by Little Leaders.

$1,000 First Placement Credit
Receive a $1,000 recruitment fee credit on your first successful permanent placement with Little Leaders Recruitment.

$500 Second Placement Credit
Make a second successful permanent placement through Little Leaders within 12 months of your first successful placement and receive a further $500 recruitment fee credit.

No Placement, No Recruitment Fee
There is no recruitment fee unless your service employs a candidate introduced by Little Leaders.

No Exclusivity Required
You do not need to change your existing recruitment arrangements or provide Little Leaders with an exclusive vacancy. Continue using your existing recruitment partners, advertising and internal recruitment channels while Little Leaders works alongside them.

Eligible permanent placements are supported by Little Leaders' 90-day replacement search, subject to our Client Terms & Conditions.

Little Leaders focuses on presenting a small number of relevant, screened ECE professionals rather than forwarding large volumes of CVs.
Credits are recruitment fee credits, not cash payments, and are not redeemable for cash. All placements, credits and the replacement search remain subject to Little Leaders Recruitment's applicable Client Terms & Conditions.

That's okay.
There is no need to change your existing recruitment partner or give Little Leaders exclusivity.
Your service can continue recruiting through its usual channels while giving Little Leaders an opportunity to find the right person.
You only pay Little Leaders if you employ a candidate introduced by Little Leaders, subject to our Client Terms & Conditions.
