About these terms

These terms govern the use of this website and the recruitment services provided by Little Leaders Recruitment, Adelaide, South Australia. By submitting an enquiry, registering your CV, or applying for a role through this site, you agree to these terms.

Services for childcare centres

We introduce screened early childhood educators to childcare centres and early learning services. Fees for our services are discussed and agreed with you directly, and no fee is payable unless we successfully place a candidate with your service.

Our placements are backed by a 90-day replacement guarantee: if a placement ends within the first 90 days, we will source a replacement candidate at no additional placement fee, subject to the conditions agreed in writing with you.

Job listings and role descriptions published on this site are provided in good faith. Centres are responsible for verifying role details, wages, and conditions directly with the employing service.

Terms for educators and candidates

Registering your CV or applying for a role does not create an employment relationship with Little Leaders Recruitment. We act as an introduction service between candidates and employers.

You confirm that the information and CV you provide is accurate and your own. We may verify qualifications, work history, and references as part of our screening process.

Your registration remains confidential. We will not share your details with a prospective employer without first speaking with you about the specific role.

Confidentiality

Centre enquiry details, candidate registrations, and commercial discussions with us are treated as confidential by Little Leaders Recruitment. Centres and candidates likewise agree not to share any confidential candidate or placement information received through our service with outside parties without consent.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, and design of this website are owned by Little Leaders Recruitment. Candidates' CVs remain the property of the candidate.

Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill, but final employment decisions remain with the hiring centre. We are not liable for decisions made by a centre or candidate following an introduction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its last-updated date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of South Australian courts.
