How the candidate pool works

Is it free to register?

Yes, completely free for educators. Centres pay our fee when a placement is made, so registering costs you nothing at any point.

Will my current employer find out?

No. Your registration is confidential. Your details are only shared with a centre after you have spoken with us and agreed to be put forward for that role.

What happens after I register?

Nazia personally reviews your details and completes our screening: qualifications, experience, availability, references and working with children clearance. Then she contacts you about roles that genuinely match, and you decide which ones you'd like to be put forward for.

What kinds of roles do you match educators to?

ECT, Diploma and Cert III educator roles, plus Room Leader, Educational Leader and Centre Director positions, permanent and casual, across greater Adelaide.

Do I need a Working With Children Check?

You need a current South Australia working with children clearance before commencing any role. We verify it during screening, and if you don't have one yet we can point you to how to apply.
