Little Leaders Recruitment is a specialist early childhood education recruitment service based in Adelaide, South Australia. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

From childcare centres and early learning services: when you submit a vacancy enquiry, we collect your centre name, contact name, email, phone number, location, the role type you are hiring for, your preferred start date, and any requirements or notes you provide.

From educators and candidates: when you register your CV or apply for a listed role, we collect your name, email, phone, qualification level, years of experience, location, availability, any notes you provide, and your CV file if you choose to upload one.

We do not collect payment details through this website.

How we use your information

Centre enquiries are used to contact you about your vacancy, discuss your requirements, and source suitable candidates.

Educator registrations are used to build a confidential candidate database, assess your suitability for roles, and contact you about opportunities that match your qualifications, location, and availability.

We may also use your email address to respond to your enquiries. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Candidate confidentiality

Your CV and registration details are treated as confidential. We do not share your details with a childcare centre until we have spoken with you about a specific role and you have agreed to be put forward. We do not publish candidate details anywhere on this site.

How we store and protect information

Information submitted through this website is stored on secure, access-controlled systems. Access is limited to the Little Leaders Recruitment team for the purpose of running the recruitment service. Uploaded CVs are stored privately, with no public link, and access follows our app's permissions.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share candidate details with a prospective employer when you have agreed to be introduced, and we only share centre details as needed to fulfil your enquiry (for example, with a candidate you ask us to approach).

Your rights and access

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To do so, email us using the contact details below. We will action reasonable requests as soon as practicable.

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
