Key responsibilities

• Coach and support Centre Managers across three services
• Drive quality improvement and consistency across the portfolio
• Lead recruitment, induction and leadership development
• Support compliance, A&R preparation and operational standards
• Shape the group's culture as it grows

What you'll need

• Centre management experience with a strong quality track record
• Confident leading leaders, not just rooms
• Deep knowledge of the NQF and multi-site operations
• Current Working with Children Check
• A collaborative, culture-first leadership approach
