Key responsibilities
- Support the daily program and routines in your room alongside the Room Leader
- Build secure, respectful relationships with children and families
- Contribute to observations, documentation and the program cycle
- Help create calm, engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments
- Work as part of a genuinely collaborative team
What you'll need
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
- Solid understanding of the EYLF and the planning cycle
- Experience across nursery, toddler or preschool rooms
- Current Working with Children Check
- Reliable, warm and a true team player
