Lead the preschool room and take on the Educational Leader portfolio at a service that protects programming time and values pedagogical leadership. A combined role for an experienced Diploma educator or ECT. Pay: $43 to $49 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preschool room, its program and its team
• Hold the Educational Leader portfolio across the service
• Support and mentor educators with the planning cycle and documentation
• Drive continuous quality improvement in teaching practice
• Build strong, respectful relationships with families

What you'll need

• Diploma or ECT qualification with preschool room experience
• Confidence to lead pedagogy and mentor other educators
• Deep working knowledge of the EYLF, planning cycles and documentation
• Current Working with Children Check
• Leadership presence with a collaborative, not top-down, style
