Key responsibilities

• Lead your room's program, routines and team
• Contribute to the nature and outdoor learning program
• Document learning in a way that honours children's ideas and investigations
• Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families
• Support and mentor educators in your room

What you'll need

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
• Room leadership experience, or a very experienced educator ready to lead
• Passion for nature-based learning and outdoor programs
• Current Working with Children Check
• An energetic, hands-on leadership style
