Key responsibilities

• Lead the Pre-Kindy room and its educational program
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the school transition network
• Mentor and support the educators in your room
• Document learning through observations, journals and the planning cycle
• Contribute to service-wide continuous improvement

What you'll need

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
• Experience leading a Pre-Kindy or preschool room
• Sound knowledge of the EYLF, planning cycles and school transition
• Current Working with Children Check
• A warm, steady leadership style that brings people along
